Woman assaults Deputy during call
On 9-3-18 around 7pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
4000 block of Rance Dr. ref. a verbal
disturbance.
During the call Donna Kay Gutierrez (44
yoa) became combative with Deputies and
kicked the leg of a Deputy at the scene.
The Deputy was not seriously injured.
Gutierrez was arrested and charged with
Assault on a Peace Officer (felony 2-bond
$20,000).
Gutierrez is currently in jail at press time.
