Disturbance leads to drug arrest
On Sunday, April 2nd around 11am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a disturbance at the 6600 block of Ashley Ct.
During the incident, 24 year old Levi Coy Davis was found to be in possession of 46.3 grams of marijuana wax and over 7 ounces of marijuana.
The disturbance was a verbal argument
with his 22 year old girlfriend and no one
was assaulted during the incident.
Davis was arrested and charged with
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony1-bond $75,000) and Possession of Marijuana (state jail felony-bond $5,000).
Davis is currently in jail at press time.
