Update: Drowning Victim Identified

Water fatality victim identified
The driver that died from a one car accident early Tuesday morning has been identified as 26 year old Cody James Sayer of Granbury.
Sayer’s body was recovered out of Contrary Creek in the Indian Harbor Subdivision by first responders.
Sayer’s body was sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
The investigation continues by the Hood
County Sheriff’s Office on how Sayer left the roadway and ended up in the water.

Sayer’s family have been notified of his
death.
