Traffic Stop Yields Meth Arrest

On 1-4-19 around 9am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic
stop at Ridgecrest Dr. and Rock Harbor Dr.
During the stop James Joseph Foley IV (35
yoa) was found to be in possession of 5.9
grams of meth.
Foley was arrested and charged with
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony
1-bond $50,000)
Foley is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
