On 11-5-18 around 430pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic
stop at the 1800 block of Mitchell Bend
Hwy.
During the stop Roy Carol Sparks (44 yoa)
was found to be in possession of 1.3 grams
of meth.
Sparks was arrested and charged with
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony
2-bond $20,000).
Sparks is currently in jail at press time.
