Traffic Stop Yields Drug and Firearm Charges

On 6-3-19 around 11am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic
stop at Tin Top Hwy. and Hilltop Ct.
During the stop Steven Shane Creed (34
yoa) was found to be in possession of over
17 grams of meth, under a gram of
marijuana wax, and a 40-cal. pistol.
Creed was arrested and charged with
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony
1-bond $75,000), Unlawful Possession of a
Firearm by a Felon (felony 3-bond $10,000),
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony-bond $5,000), and DWLI with
