Traffic stop nets drug charge

On 11-18-17 around 2am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Broadway St. and Pittsburg St. in Cresson.
During the stop, 24 year old Dylan Eugene Stephenson tried to hide 1.4 grams of meth in a soft drink can.
Stephenson was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 3-bond $10,000) and Tampering with Evidence (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Stephenson is currently in jail at press time.
