Traffic stop nets THC products
On 2-27-22 around 1pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at East Hwy. 377 and Gateway Hills Lane.
During the stop Taya Cheyanne Vasquez (24 yoa) was found to be in possession of 1,270 grams of THC products (gummies, vapes, wax, and sublingual tablets) and 5oz of marijuana.
Vasquez was arrested and charged with Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony 1-bond $50,000) and Possession of Marijuana (class A misd-bond $3,000). Vasquez is currently in jail at press time.
