Traffic Stop Nets Over 30 Grams of Meth

Suspect arrested on drug charge On 8-26-20 around 3pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 3600 block of Contrary Creek Rd. During the stop Bryan Matthew Hewson (33 yoa) was found to be in possession of over 30 grams of meth. Hewson was arrested and charged with Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony 1-bond $25,000). Hewson is currently in jail at press time.
