Traffic stop nets GHB drug arrest
On 6-9-21 around midnight, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at East Hwy. 377 and Old Granbury Rd. in Cresson.
During the stop Eric Lee Thompson (43 yoa) was found to be in possession of over 57 grams of GHB liquid and under 2oz of marijuana.
Thompson was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 2-bond $15,000) and Possession of Marijuana (class B misd-bond $1,000).
Thompson is currently in jail at press time.
