On 2-5-20 around 10am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
theft call at the 5500 block of Highview Dr.
Deputies were told that David Duane
Pennington (43 yoa) had stolen some
washing machine parts from the victim
without their consent.
Pennington was located down the street
and was in possession of the stolen washing
machine parts and multiple ecstasy pills.
Pennington was arrested and charged with
