Suspect spits on Deputy during arrest
On 9-25-20 around 9pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
trespassing call at the 3500 block of
Evergreen Dr.
Deputies located Lauren Elizabeth Brannan
(34 yoa) and arrested her for trespassing.
During the incident Brannan spat in a
Deputy’s face.
Brannan was charged with Assault on a
Peace Officer (felony 2-bond $10,000),
Criminal Trespass (class B misd-bond
$1,000), and Criminal Mischief (class B
misd-bond $1,000).
Brannan is currently in jail at press time.
