Suspect in custody over bar fight
On 4-30-18 around 4pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Kyle
Logan Bailey (24 yoa) at the 1100 block of
N. Cresson Hwy. on an Aggravated Assault
warrant (felony 2-bond $15,000).
The charge stems from a bar fight that
occurred on 11-30-17 at a local bar at the
200 block of M&M Ranch Rd.
Bailey allegedly kicked and punched a 32
year old male victim over a disagreement
they had at the bar.
The victim suffered serious injuries to his head that included multiple facial fractures and has had to undergo reconstructive surgery to correct the issues.
Joseph Patrick Slate (24 yoa) is also being
sought by the Hood County Sheriff’s Office
in connection with the same incident and
has a warrant for his arrest for Aggravated
Assault (felony 2).
Anyone with information on Slate’s location
is urged to call Crimestoppers.
Bailey is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
