Suspect charged in the April Bomb Threat
On 4-16-21 several bomb threats came in over the phone at the Hood County District Judge’s Office at the Hood County Justice Center.
After a lengthy investigation by Hood County Sheriff’s Office Investigators, on 9- 26-21 Jessie Frank Diaz (34 yoa) has been arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats against a Judge (felony 3- bond not set).
The motive on the threat involved shutting down District Court to delay the sentencing of a person on the court docket from going to prison.
More arrests are expected, due to the investigation showing multiple people were involved in the scheme.
