Suspect attacks victim with a bat
On 8-17-21 around 11am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Frank Avalos (31 yoa) at the 3200 block of Ashwood Dr. on a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (felony 2-bond $30,000).
The charge stems from Avalos confronting a 64-year-old man after a road rage encounter at the 4200 block of Lakeview Rd. on 8-10-21 and allegedly assaulting him with a baseball bat.
The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.

Avalos is currently in jail at press time.
