Suspect Assaults Sister In-Law During Argument
On 5/26/19 around 6:30pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 4400 block of Carter Ct. Deputies discovered Chuck Andrew Beal (33yoa) allegedly grabbed his 57-year-old disabled sister-in-law’s phone from her hand when she was recording the argument they were having and injured her hand. Beal was arrested and charged with Injury to a Disabled Person (state jail felony-bond $5,000). Beal is currently in jail at press time.
