Suspect arrested with over 26 grams of meth
On 7-7-21 around 230pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit conducting a drug investigation arrested Ricardo Enriquez Jr. (36 yoa) and charged him with Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (felony 1-bond $50,000), Man/Del of a Controlled Substance (state jail felony-bond $5,000), Evading Arrest (class A misd-bond $5,000), and Possession of Marijuana (class B misd-bond $1,000).
The charges stem from Enriquez possessing over 26 grams of meth, multiple prescription pills without a prescription, and under 2oz of marijuana.
Enriquez also refused to comply with officers at the scene when he was arrested.
Enriquez is currently in jail at press time with a felony parole warrant.
