Suspect arrested with mushrooms
On 2-15-22 around 4pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit Investigators conducting a drug investigation made a traffic stop at Comanche Cove Dr. and Contrary Creek Rd.
During the stop Christian Scott Earlston (22 yoa) was found to be in possession of 1.6 grams of psilocybin mushrooms.
Earlston was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled substance (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Earlston is currently in jail at press time.
