Suspect arrested with drugs and firearm
On 8-1-21 around 1pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Elmwood Dr ref. a trespassing call.
Deputies discovered Johnny Arthur Stacey (47 yoa) was violating a protective order and found to be in possession of a 30-30 rifle, under a gram of meth, and multiple Xanax pills.
Stacey was arrested and charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm (felony 3-bond $15,000), Possession of a Controlled Substance (state jail felony-bond $10,000),

Possession of a Controlled Substance (class A misd-bond $3,000), and Violation of a Protective Order (class A misd-bond $3,000).
Stacey is currently in jail at press time.
