Suspect Arrested on Stolen Vehicle
On 3-21-19 around 4pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic
stop at Tin Top Hwy. and Spring Ct.
During the stop it was discovered Joe
Nathaniel Leyva (25 yoa), was in a stolen
vehicle reported out of Ft. Worth.
Leyva was arrested and charged with
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (state
jail felony-bond $5,000).
Leyva is currently in jail at press time.
