Suspect arrested on Family Violence
On 5-7-21 around 5pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Sumac Dr. ref. a disturbance.
Deputies discovered Gerald Allen Rhodes (45 yoa) allegedly assaulted his 40-year-old girlfriend during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.
Rhodes was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence with Previous Conviction (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Rhodes is currently in jail at press time.
