Suspect arrested for family violence
On 8-3-21 around 1am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a disturbance at the 4300 block of Basswood Ct.
Deputies discovered Burl Yancey Miller (51 yoa) allegedly assaulted his 41-year-old sister in-law during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.
Miller was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence with Previous Conviction (felony 3-bond $20,000).
