Suspect arrested for drugs and tampering
On 10-12-21 around 8am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop at Hwy. 4 and Acton Hwy.
The driver later identified as James Aaron Rogers (33 yoa) refused to stop and drove to Acton School Rd. and Star Rd. where he complied with the traffic stop.
During the incident Rogers threw 1.6 grams of meth from his vehicle.
Rogers was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a School Zone (felony 3-bond $10,000),

Tampering with Evidence (felony 3-bond $10,000), Fleeing a Police Officer (class B misd-bond $1,000), and DWLI (class B misd- bond $1,000).
Rogers is currently in jail at press time.
