Sheriff Deputies Respond to Domestic Disturbance Involving Rifle

Man charged with pointing gun at wife

On Monday, February 20th around 1pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Deputies reponded to a Domestic Disturbance near the 7000 block of Hwy. 377 West.

Deputies were told that 31 year old Isaac William Ives allegedly pointed a 22 caliber rifle at his 25 year old wife during an argument.

No one was injured during the incident.
Ives was arrested and charged with
Aggravated Assault with a Deadly
Weapon/Family Violence (felony 1-bond
$75,000).

Ives is currently in Hood County Jail at press time.
