Sex Offender arrested for failing to report
On 5-11-18 James Radford Smith (58 yoa)
was transported to the Hood County Jail
from Dallas Texas on a Failed to Comply
with Sex Offender Registration warrant
(felony 3-bond $10,000).
Smith is required to notify the Hood County
Sheriff’s Office if he moves and failed to do
so.
Smith is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
