Road Rage incident leads to arrest
On 8-4-20 around 230pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
rage road call at the 3500 block of Contrary
Creek Rd.
During the incident the 35-year-old female
victim and her 16-year-old son reported
Manuel Frank Rosales (21 yoa) allegedly
fired several rounds from a pistol at them
striking their vehicle.
The incident started near Meadows Dr. and
Hwy. 144 and ended in the Comanche
Harbor Development Area.

No one was seriously injured during the
incident.
Rosales was arrested and charged with 2
counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly
Weapon (felony 2-bond $25,000).
Rosales is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
