Road Rage Call Leads to Arrest

  • On 10-13-19 around 10am, Hood County
    Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
    5000 block of Bandy Rd. ref. a road rage
    incident.
    Deputies discovered Jeffery Don Bandy (34
    yoa) allegedly ran his 30-year-old girlfriend
    off the road during a road rage disturbance,
    causing her vehicle she was driving through
    a fence at Bandy Rd. and Tomlinson Rd.
    The victim was not seriously injured during
    the incident.
    Bandy was located at the 4000 block of
    Rance Dr. where he was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a
    Deadly Weapon (felony 2-bond $20,000),
    Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
    jail felony-bond $5,000) and Tampering
    with Evidence (felony 3-bond $10,000).
    Bandy is currently in jail at press time.
