Pursuit Ends With Crash and Drug Arrest
On 10-4-20 around 1am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies observed a man on
a motorcycle speeding 78mph in a 60mph

zone on the 4200 block of Tin Top Hwy.
The driver later identified as Christopher
Reyes Fuentes (39 yoa) gave chase with
Deputies in a short pursuit that ended at
Hilltop Rd. and Peachtree St. with Fuentes
wrecking his motorcycle.
Fuentes was not seriously injured and was
found to be in possession of over a gram of
meth.

Fuentes was arrested and charged with
Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle (felony 3-
bond $10,000), Possession of a Controlled
Substance (felony 3-bond $10,000), and
DWLI with Previous Conviction (class B
misd-bond $1,000).
Fuentes is currently in jail at press time.
