Man Charged With Unlawful Possession Of Firearm By A Felon Stemming From Deadly Conduct Charges

On 1-18-19 Hood County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies arrested Justin Michael Rubino (30
yoa) at the Hood County Justice Center on a
felony warrant for Unlawful Possession of a
Firearm by a Felon (felony 3-bond $10,000).
The charge stems from an incident where
Rubino was allegedly shooting a firearm
from the 2800 block of River View Trail and
the bullets were landing near a home at the
3000 block of River View Ct.
Rubino was filed on for Deadly Conduct
back in November of 2017.
Rubino is currently in jail at press time.
