Suspect arrested for DWI and Drugs
On Friday, August 4th around 11:30pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 8800 block of Mid Haven Circle in reference to a dispute over a vehicle.
Deputies discovered 34 year old Daniel Wade McVay had been driving a vehicle and was intoxicated.
McVay was also in possession of 4.3 grams of cocaine.
McVay was arrested and charged with DWI, a class B misdemeanor-bond $1,000, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony 2-bond $20,000.
McVay is currently in jail at press time.
