Traffic stop yields drug arrest
On Friday, March 31st around 6pm, while conducting a drug investigation, the Hood County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit made a traffic stop at the 8400 block of Hwy. 377 East.
During the stop, 31 year old Johnnie Ray Dunson ll was found to be in possession of 1.5 grams of Cocaine and under 2 ounces of Marijuana.
Dunson was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 3-bond $7,500) and Possession of
Marijuana (class B misd-bond $1,000).
He is currently out of jail on bond at press time.
