Man arrested for shooting at couple
On 3-16-21 around 130pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to Woodmere Trail and Centaurus Way ref. a man shooting at a vehicle driven by a man and woman.
Deputies discovered Juan Francisco Arriaga (31 yoa) allegedly fired several shots at a moving vehicle on a public roadway.
The vehicle was being driven by a 21-year- old male and a 18-year-old female, who were not injured during the incident.

Arriaga was located by the Granbury Police Department at the 500 block of South Morgan St. after an attempt to locate was sent out by Hood County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch.
Arriaga was arrested and charged by Deputies with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (felony 2- bond $30,000)
Arriaga is currently out of jail on bond at press time.
