Inmate Spits Blood on HCSO Jailers

On 12-4-17 around 3am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Jailers were dealing with an unruly inmate Dennis Wayne Glenn (31 yoa), who has been in jail since 9-22-17 on a Burglary of a Building charge by Granbury PD.
During the incident Glenn repeatedly beat his head against a cell wall causing it to bleed. Glenn spit blood at 2 jailers trying to stop him from hurting himself.

Both jailers had contact with the blood and went to Lake Granbury Medical Center for treatment.
Glenn was charged with Harassment of a Correctional Officer X2 (felony 3-bond $10,000).

Glenn is currently in jail at press time.
