Inmate Found Unresponsive In Cell; Later Pronounced Deceased At LGMC

Inmate transported to hospital, later dies


On Monday, March 13th around 8:30pm Hood County Sheriff’s Office Jailers found 25 year old Angel Isaiah Hernandez non-responsive in his
cell.
An ambulance was called for Hernandez and he was transported to Lake Granbury Medical Center where he later died.
Medical issues are suspected and the body was sent to the Tarrant County MedicalExaminer’s Office for an autopsy.
Hernandez was in jail on a Criminal Trespass charge, awaiting trial. The family of Hernandez has been notified
and the case is under investigation by the Hood County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers.
