Inmate assaults Jailer
On 10-27-20 around 830pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to an
intoxicated person at the 5900 block of Dog
Leg Ct.
Deputies found Alan Burton Hall (62 yoa),
who was intoxicated and combative with
paramedics.
Hall was arrested and charged with Public
Intoxication (class C misd-fine $390).
While Hall was being booked in at the Hood
County Jail, he grabbed the back of a Jailer’s
head and assaulted him.
Hall was subdued and charged with Assault
of a Public Servant (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Hall is currently in jail at press time.
