Hood County Sheriff’s Office Investigating a Death

On 3-1-20 around 6am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
2500 block of Shoreline Ct. ref. a deceased
person.
A 31-year-old male was found dead with a
gunshot wound to the head. His body was
sent to Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s
Office for an autopsy.
All indicators and evidence at the scene are
showing it is a possible suicide.
We are waiting for the determination of the
ME’s Office on the autopsy. Texas Rangers are assisting in the
investigation by the Hood County Sheriff’s
Office and the case is still under
investigation as an unexplained death.
