The Hood County Sheriff’s Office is looking
for Stephen James Savins (31 yoa), who has
a felony Capias warrant for the offense of
DWI with Child under 15 yoa (state jail
felony).
Savins’ address is listed at the 1900 block of
Wandering Way Trail Desoto, Texas and has
the following description:
White Male, 6 feet 0 inches, 220 lbs, Brown
Eyes, Brown Hair.
