for Sheila Meagan Pullen (28 yoa), who has
a felony capias warrant for the offense of
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony).
Pullen’s address is listed at the 900 block of
South Broadway Joshua Tx. and has the
following description:
White Female, 5 feet 4 inches, 140 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Brown Hair.
