for Jeremy Wayne Hooper (30 yoa), who
has a felony capias warrant for the offense
of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional
Facility (felony 3).
Hooper’s address is listed at the 1700 block
of Cedar Tree Dr Ft Worth Tx. and has the
following description:
White Male, 5 feet 8 inches, 190 lbs, Blue
Eyes, Brown Hair.
