for Luis Enrique Ruiz (34 yoa), who has a
felony Capias warrant for the offense of
DWI 3rd or more (felony 3).
Ruiz’s address is listed at the 2800 block of
Cedarhill St. Granbury, Texas and has the
following description:
Hispanic male, 5 feet 3 inches, 220 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Black Hair.
