for Rusty Wayne Howard (54 yoa), who has
a felony Capias warrant for the offense of
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony).
Howard’s address is listed at the 3500 block
of Utah Trail Granbury, Texas and has the
following description:
White Male, 5 feet 7 inches, 160 lbs, Brown
Eyes, Grey Hair.
