for Randy Shawn Hobbs (41 yoa), who has a
felony capias warrant for the offense of
Theft with Previous Convictions (state jail
felony).
Hobbs’ address is listed at the 300 block of
South Lazy Bend Estates Millsap Tx. and has
the following description:
White Male, 5 feet 10 inches, 185 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Black Hair.
