for Rodolfo Vega (43 yoa), who has a felony capias warrant for the offense of DWI 3rd or more (felony 3).
Vega’s address is listed at the 100 block of
West Cardinal Ave. Pharr Texas and has the following description:
Hispanic Male, 5 feet 8 inches, 190 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Black Hair.
