Traffic stop yields heroin arrest
On Monday, April 4th around 7:30pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 4300 block of Hwy. 377 East.
During the stop, 31 year old Dwannell Florod Bunting was found to be in possession of 3 grams of heroin, multiple hydrocodone and ecstasy pills, and under 2oz of marijuana.
Bunting was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 3-bond $10,000), Possession of a
Controlled Substance (felony 3-bond
$10,000), Possession of a Controlled
Substance (misd A-bond $2,000), and Possession of Marijuana (class B misd-bond
$1,000).
Bunting is currently in jail at press time.
