H.C.S.O: Work Release Inmate Caught With Drugs

Work Release Inmate caught with drugs

On 11-22-17 around 7pm, Andrew Ryan
Minyard (27 yoa), who is an inmate at the
Hood County Jail and is on court ordered
work release on a drug charge, tried to
bring in 0.3 grams of meth.
Minyard was found to be in possession of
the meth during the book in search.
Minyard was charged with Prohibited
Substance in a Correctional Facility (felony
3-bond $10,000).
Minyard is currently in jail at press time.
