Roommate assaulted during disturbance

On 3-20-18 around 4pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
4600 block of Tin Top Hwy. ref. a
disturbance.
Deputies discovered Kirk Barry McMillan
(62 yoa) allegedly pushed his 75 year old
roommate against a door, which caused
him pain in the victim’s back, during an
argument they were having.
McMillan was arrested and charged with
Injury to an Elderly Person (felony 3-bond
$10,000).
McMillan is currently in jail at press time.
