Granbury Loses Town Icon After Pedestrian Accident

Granbury Skating Rink long time owner and founder, Buddy Wisdom succumbed to his injuries early Thursday morning.

Wisdom was struck by a vehicle while crossing Morgan Street near RaceTrac gas station Wednesday afternoon, according to police scanner feed.

Wisdom, who was 86 years old, was Air Evac’ed to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth after the accident.
