Forgery suspect arrested in Tolar

On 6-3-20 around 2pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 8300 block of Hwy. 377 West in Tolar in reference to a forgery in progress.

Deputies were told Jonathan Ryan Crimmins (29 yoa) was trying to cash a stolen check at the convenience store.

Deputies arrested Crimmins and charged him with Forgery (felony 3-bond $10,000) and Possession of Identifying Information (felony 3-bond $10,000).

Crimmins is currently in jail at press time.
