Marijuana snack lands man in jail
On Saturday, March 25th, around midnight, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 7900 block of Hwy. 377 East.
During the stop, 35 year old Jason Kyle League Kerns was caught trying to destroy his marijuana by eating it.
Kerns was arrested and charged with:
Tampering with Evidence (felony 3-bond
$7,500).
Kerns is currently out of jail on bond at press time.
