Drug investigation nets 2 drug arrest
On 2-6-21 around 1045pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Street Crime Unit conducting
a drug investigation arrested and charged
Roger Paul Goldberg III (33 yoa) with
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony-bond $7,500), Retaliation (felony
3-bond $10,000), Criminal Mischief (class A
misd-bond $3,000), and a warrant for POCS
(state jail felony-no bond).
Renea Enriquez (36 yoa) with Possession of
a Controlled Substance (state jail felony-
bond $7,500) and 2 felony warrants with no
bond.
The charges stem from both having under a
gram of meth in their possession.
Goldberg’s additional charges stem from
him threatening Deputies and kicking a
patrol vehicle door during his arrest and
causing damage.
No one was injured during the incident.
Both are currently in jail at press time.
